Perisher Valley is situated in the heart of the Australian Snowfields and is arguably the best Ski field in Australia, with 50 ski lifts, 1250 hectares of down hill ski area and 104 klms of cross country ski trails.
Kosciuszko Mountain Retreat is just a short 15 klm drive, on sealed and safe roads to the ski slopes. You can be closer to the slopes without the high cost of on snow accommodation and just a 15 minute drive down the mountain are the shops, supermarket, restaurants, clubs and movie theatre at Jindabyne.
